We are delighted to welcome Penny Elliott who becomes a partner on 19 August.

Penny is a leading expert in the agricultural, landed estates and hotel and leisure sectors.  Her appointment supports our strategy to develop the synergy between our private client and property practices.

We are also delighted to announce that three other partners, Andrew Lane, Catherine Hill and Craigie Pearson will join Forsters during 2009.

In this our 10th Anniversary year we have plenty to celebrate.  

Our private client team has recently won The Lawyer's award for Private Client Team of the Year and has also been shortlisted by STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) for their London Legal Team of the Year award.  We believe this underlines our position as one of the pre-eminent London firms advising high-net worth individuals, trusts and estates.
