Commercial real estate networking event

Last Thursday evening 14 of the Forsters Commercial Real Estate fee earners hosted a networking event at Anspach & Hobday Brewery and Tap in Bermondsey.

Each fee earner invited a client/industry contact and we had guests from JLL, BNP Paribas, PwC, the Grosvenor Estate, Deloitte LLP, Gardiner & Theobold, Fairacre Property, London and Quadrant, CBRE, GLH Hotels and Lewisham Council.

The event included a guided tasting of the Brewery's craft beers with food pairings (the ice-cream beer float being a particular highlight), tours of the brewery and talks from Paul (Anspach) and Jack (Hobday), the founding members. For non-beer drinkers, on offer was London Cru wine (central London's first winery) and G&T made with Jensen's gin (which is distilled in Bermondsey). There was also plenty of opportunity to mingle and develop existing and establish new contacts. The evening proved to be a fantastic networking opportunity in a friendly and informal setting.

The event was enjoyed by all, with comments such as: "What a beer-illiant venue" and "I've had a brew-ly awesome time".
