Forsters advise Time Inc. UK on lease regearing
Forsters has acted on behalf of consumer magazine and digital publishing company, Time Inc. UK, in relation to the recent reorganisation of its office requirements.
Time Inc. UK has vacated approximately 80,000 sq ft of the space it occupies at the Blue Fin building and relocated staff to newly refurbished Grade A office space at 161 Marsh Wall in the Docklands.
Further leases have also been entered into in respect of high specification office premises at 5 Churchill Place, located in the heart of Canary Wharf, and Pinehurst II, which forms part of the award-winning mixed use scheme at Farnborough Business Park, Farnborough. Pinehurst II will be home to Time Inc. UK's specialist brands and iconic titles, including Horse & Hound magazine.
