Forsters consolidates top reputation winning 'Solicitors Firm of the Year' at the prestigious ERMAs

Forsters' top ranked Enfranchisement team have won the 'Solicitors Firm of the Year' at the 2017 Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards (the ERMAs). The award was presented to Forsters by Giles Brandreth at a packed annual awards ceremony held at 8 Northumberland Avenue Hotel on election night. 

With its focus on real estate and private wealth clients, Enfranchisement work is a key element of Forsters' business. Forsters' Enfranchisement team has developed a formidable reputation in this complicated area of law.  Acting for both landlords and tenants handles numerous claims each year and is currently dealing with a number of landmark appeals.  Forsters acts for the owners of four major London Estates, the Phillimore Estate, the Trinity Village, the Stanhope Estate: the City of London Corporation, as well as numerous resident's groups and individual owners.
