CBREi acquires Basingstoke Premier Inn

Forsters has advised a fund managed by CBRE Global Investors (CBREi) on the acquisition of a newly-built Premier Inn hotel in central Basingstoke for £7.6 million.

The 81-bedroom hotel, located close to the centre of the historic market town, was sold to CBREi by Fishron Developments (a joint venture between Lamron Estates and TA Fisher) in an off-market deal. The property is let to Premier Inn on a 25 year lease. Construction of the hotel was completed in June 2015 and opened for business in mid-July.
