Crown Estate relocates to St James's Market

Forsters has acted on behalf of longstanding client, The Crown Estate, on the relocation of their office headquarters to St James's Market in central London.

The Crown Estate has signed a lease on 31,000 sq ft of office space in the landmark £400 million mixed use office, retail and restaurant scheme which it is developing in a joint venture partnership with Oxford Properties. The relocation from The Crown Estate's current headquarters in New Burlington Place is anticipated to take place in 2017.

Commercial Real Estate partner, Guy Jordan, advised The Crown Estate as tenant, with Hogan Lovells advising the St James’s Market Partnership as landlord.
