First lease completed at Central M40 Banbury Scheme

Forsters' construction and commercial real estate teams have been advising BA Pension Fund in relation to their 70-acre Central M40 industrial warehouse scheme in Banbury.  

Prodrive Motorsports, part of one of the world’s largest motorsport and technology businesses, has recently completed the first lease at the scheme. Prodrive has taken a lease of a new bespoke distribution and office headquarters facility comprising 111,550 sq ft.

A further high quality speculative building of 235,000 sq ft is under construction. Situated directly alongside the M40 at Junction 11, the scheme provides prominence for occupiers and excellent transport links to the national motorway network.
