Forsters advise Bespoke Hotels on four new leases

Forsters has advised longstanding client, Bespoke Hotels, on the management and operation of four luxury regional hotels owned by the Singaporean based Fragrance Group.

Bespoke Hotels has taken new leases of the popular 141 bedroom Lyndene Hotel in Blackpool, the historic 114 bedroom Crown Hotel in Harrogate, the 45 bedroom beachside Corbyn Head Hotel in Torquay and the Grade-II listed 85 bedroom Townhouse Hotel in Manchester. The combined initial rental value is in excess of £1.575 million per annum.
