Forsters advise Manex Properties Limited in relation to the purchase and financing of Drury House, Covent Garden

Forsters has advised new client, Manex Properties (Manex) a company operated by Excellion Capital, on its first UK acquisition. Manex purchased the freehold interest in Drury House, Covent Garden at a purchase price of £43.75 million. Forsters provided both the finance and commercial real estate advice to Manex. Our integrated approach brings together lawyers experienced in banking and real estate, to provide a seamless service for our real estate clients.

The mixed-use building is currently multi-let with office tenants on the upper floors and two restaurants on the ground floor.
