Forsters advise on retail sale in South Wales

Forsters has advised clients of Rockspring Property Investment Managers in relation to the sale of the multi-let Bargoed Retail Plateau in South Wales for £19.15 million.

Anchored by a 56,651 sq ft plus superstore with petrol filling station, which is let to Morrisons Supermarkets, the retail scheme includes eight further units facing out onto the Lowry Plaza, which are let to Caerphilly County Borough Council. Occupiers of these units include Poundworld Retail, Greggs Plc and Subway.
