Forsters welcomes new Planning Partner Victoria Du Croz

Forsters LLP, one of London’s leading real estate and private client firms, has appointed Victoria Du Croz as a partner in its Planning team.

Victoria advises developers, institutional investors and public sector bodies on the whole range of complex planning issues, from initial site acquisition due diligence and strategic advice on the planning application through to drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreements and other related infrastructure agreements.  She has gained a wealth of experience in advising on the redevelopment of highly constrained central urban sites.

Victoria was previously at Hogan Lovells, where she trained, qualified and was promoted to counsel in 2014.

She is ranked in the 2017 edition of Chambers UK.

Paul Roberts,  Managing Partner at Forsters said: "We are delighted to welcome Victoria. Her experience will further enhance our Planning practice which is going from strength to strength.  Victoria's arrival demonstrates our commitment to providing a premium and comprehensive service to our real estate clients."

Oliver Wright, Head of Planning at Forsters said "I am looking forward to developing our Planning offering with Victoria – her experience will be invaluable.  She is making a similar move to the one I did, from a large City practice to a smaller and more specialised firm and I am delighted to have her on board."

Victoria Du Croz commented: "I am very pleased to join Forsters and to be working with Oliver Wright and the rest of the team.  Forsters is a firm which is well known for providing quality advice to a fantastic client base and I look forward to being part of the firm's continued growth."
