Forsters welcomes new Property Litigation Partner Ben Barrison

Forsters LLP, one of London’s leading private client and real estate firms, has appointed Ben Barrison as a partner in its Property Litigation practice.

Ben – who becomes the third property litigation partner at the firm, alongside Natasha Rees and Jonathan Ross – joins the firm on 19 September 2016 from DLA Piper. He brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of property litigation ranging from high value complex litigation, the implementation of development risk and asset management strategies and the management of day-to-day portfolio issues.

Forsters has also announced the appointment of new partner Heather Corben, who is joining the firm's Tax team from King & Wood Mallesons this week. Both appointments are consistent with the firm's strategic aim to provide an integrated and premium real estate offering to a growing client base.

Natasha Rees, Head of Property Litigation at Forsters said: "It is great to have Ben on board. His experience in commercial property litigation will complement our team's current offering and gives an additional dimension to our broader capabilities in real estate."

Ben Barrison commented: "Forsters has a stellar reputation in real estate and a really impressive list of clients. I am thrilled to be joining Natasha and Jonathan as a partner and look forward to working with their excellent team."
