Leading family lawyer Joanne Edwards joins Forsters

Forsters LLP, one of London’s leading private client and real estate firms, has appointed Joanne Edwards (Jo) as a partner in its Family practice. She will be joining the firm on 1 February 2016.

Jo is a well-known and respected family lawyer and mediator with almost 20 years’ specialist experience, recognised and highly praised in both Chambers UK and Legal 500. She is currently Chair of Resolution, the national family lawyers' association with approximately 6,500 members, and as such a prominent figure in the family law sphere.

Her arrival will strengthen the already successful Family team, noted in dealing with complex family matters for high net worth individuals, in many instances across multiple jurisdictions. Jo joins from a leading City practice, Penningtons Manches, where she has been a partner for 11 years.
