Forsters acts on letting for Rockspring Hanover Property Unit Trust

Forsters has acted for a longstanding client, Rockspring Hanover Property Unit Trust in respect of a letting of the third floor and part first floor Verulam Point, St Albans. The tenant, the insurer, Aon Benfield Limited, has taken a total of 21,805 square feet at a rent of £21.50 per square foot.

Rockspring carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of the 50,000 sq ft Verulam Point, on Station Way close to St Albans' principal station including introducing a new entrance. This letting completes the occupancy of the building, which is also now home to Luxottica and RL Polk.
