Patrick Harney admitted as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

The American College of Trust and Espatrtate Counsel (ACTEC) has admitted Patrick Harney (Head of Private Client at Forsters) as part of its October 2017 bi-annual intake of new Fellows.

ACTEC is the leading trust and estate law organisation in the US. The governing body admits a handful of International Fellows each year.  To be admitted, Fellows must have an outstanding reputation, exceptional technical skills and have made substantial contributions to the field of US tax and estate law through lecturing, writing and teaching.

Patrick has dedicated his practice to advising clients with interests in the US and UK for almost 20 years. He lectures extensively on cross-border US-UK tax and estate planning and has developed a unique reputation which is also recognised by the leading legal directories including Chambers HNW Guide and The Legal 500.
