Pub portfolio purchase for LaSalle

Forsters has advised a fund managed by LaSalle Investment Management (LaSalle) in respect of the acquisition of six public houses for a combined consideration of £17.78 million from funds managed by Aprirose.

The pubs were acquired as a portfolio which includes renowned north London gastropub, the Albion, located in Islington, and the picturesque canal side Malt House pub in Birmingham. The other pubs are the Fox & Hounds in Putney, the Green Dragon in Croydon, the Old Bell in Harpenden and the Royal Oak in Slough.

Each of the pubs is currently let, with tenants including Punch Taverns and Spirit Pub Company.
