Forsters acts for Scottish Widows Investment Partnership on £17.75m Brighton Retail Park purchase

Forsters has acted for Scottish Widows Investment Partnership on its purchase of Brighton Retail Park for £17.75m from Legal & General Property represented by Eversheds.

The 42,300 sq ft park with 190 car parking spaces is fully let to Marks & Spencer Simply Foods, Argos and Next.

Forsters head of commercial property Howard Gill acted for SWIP assisted by Peter Selwyn and, on the construction side, Sarah Cook and James Clayton. Clare Rudd of Eversheds acted for Legal & General.
