Forsters acts on sale of Centrum Park Cheltenham

Forsters has advised longstanding client Invista on the sale of Centrum Park, Cheltenham to Threadneedle Property Investments Limited for £26.7m. The retail park is anchored by Homebase and several other occupiers including Kentucky Fried Chicken and Safestore.

Howard Gill, head of commercial property, dealt with the sale for Forsters. Threadneedle were represented by Nabarro LLP partner Barry Morris assisted by associate Alan Crawford.
