Sale of retail portfolio managed by Rockspring

Forsters has advised Retail Plus Property Trust, a Jersey Unit Trust managed by Rockspring Property Investment Managers, on the property aspects of the sale of a portfolio of high street investment properties.

The portfolio of shops, located in 12 regional cities in the UK, including London, Leeds, Newcastle and Shrewsbury were sold for a price in excess of £60 million.  Forsters advised Retail Plus on the acquisition and management of the assets over a number of years.
