Three lettings completed at 55 King William Street

Forsters has recently completed three leases of newly refurbished offices at 55 King William Street, EC4.

Located at the junction of Gracechurch Street, Cannon Street and Eastcheap, the office building is situated in the heart of the City of London’s financial and insurance districts.

Digital technology recruitment consultants, Burns Sheehan, completed a lease of part second floor in June, taking occupation of 3,907 sq ft and paying an annual rent of £214,885. In August, intellectual property management services provider, CPA Global Management Services, took a lease of the whole of the first floor of the building, comprising 8,517 sq ft, at a rent of £383,265 p.a.

The trio of leases was recently completed with a 10 year lease to technology solutions provider, HighQ Solutions, who will occupy 5,737 sq ft comprising part of the second floor of the building, paying an annual rent of £281,113. Following completion of this lease in the first week of September, the building is now fully let.
