Jo Edwards comments on the latest Family Court statistics in The Times and familylaw.co.uk

The Ministry of Justice released its quarterly Family Court Statistics, for the period April to June 2018, today. Head of Family, Jo Edwards’ comments on the statistics were published in The Times and on familylaw.co.uk.

Jo highlighted some worrying trends that are becoming embedded in the system, especially around volume of applications, delay and lack of representation.
