Jo spoke to Paul Lewis of BBC Radio 4 Money Box about a case imminently to go to the Court of Appeal, Work v Gray, and the limited circumstances in which a breadwinner may argue that s/he has made a greater contribution such as to warrant departure from an equal division of the assets.
