Simon Blain quoted in the Financial Times on the introduction of opposite-sex civil partnerships

Family Partner, Simon Blain's comments have been published in the Financial Times article entitled 'UK law change opens door for mixed sex civil partnerships'.

Simon explains that the introduction of mixed sex civil partnerships will potentially prove popular amongst people who do not like the religious connotations of marriage. He comments that 'younger people might go for this because perhaps they feel marriage is for older people and civil partnerships feel different and fresher'.
