Senior Associate, Employment and PartnershipDaniel is known for his strategic, empathetic and practical approach to his client matters. He appreciates how important it is to work closely with clients – to truly understand their priorities to be able to form effective strategies and successful outcomes.
His mix of experience across non-contentious and contentious work has enabled him to support clients in litigation, dispute resolution, settlement agreements and wider-scale changes in the workforce for clients in a range of sectors, including professional services, banking, global logistics, data analysis and private equity. Most recently, he has successfully defended wide-ranging and historic claims and allegations in the Employment Tribunal, achieved successful settlements in a number of employee competition cases and supported the successful resolution of a multi-million pound harassment claim against an LLP. Daniel joined Forsters in 2024 from Winckworth Sherwood where he spent eight years in the employment law team.
