Natalie is an Associate in the Corporate team. She has experience in a wide range of corporate work, with a focus on acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructurings, shareholder agreements and related corporate transactions.

She attended the University of Stellenbosch where she graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, Economics and Investment Management.

Prior to joining Forsters in May 2021, Natalie was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in March 2020 and went on to work as such in Cape Town, South Africa.
