Remy Ormesher-Hussein
Associate, Employment and PartnershipRemy is an Associate in the Employment team.
She advises on all aspects of employment law to clients in a broad range of sectors. Remy has experience in both contentious and noncontentious employment matters acting for both individuals and employers.
For employers, Remy’s advises on restructurings, redundancies, TUPE and the employment aspects arising from corporate transactions. She also provides HR support, including advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, and drafting employment documentation. For individuals, Remy advises senior executives on all areas of their employment, including negotiating service and settlement agreements.
Remy studied Law at the University of Warwick. She trained and qualified at Goodman Derrick (now RKW Goodman) before joining Forsters in October 2023.
