Emma is an Associate in our Construction Disputes team.
She regularly acts for developers, investment funds, asset managers, contractors, and consultants in the commercial real estate sector with a focus on building safety matters. Emma provides advice from the early stages of dispute avoidance and management on live projects, through to advising on proceedings in the High Court.
Emma has experience advising on a range of matters, including design and workmanship issues, contractor insolvency, debt recovery, and termination.
