Roisin is an experienced and commercially minded finance lawyer with a broad range of experience acting for funders, sponsors and borrowers on a wide range of domestic and international finance transactions.
Counsel in the Banking and Finance team, she has a particular focus on real estate finance with experience covering a variety of asset classes including office, retail, residential, hotels, pubs, care homes, student accommodation, warehouses and shopping centres. In addition, her banking experience includes acquisition and leveraged finance, general corporate lending, asset-based lending and workouts and restructuring.
Roisin’s clients include developers, corporates, family offices and high net worth individuals as well as on the lender side, retail and challenger banks, bridging and mezzanine lenders and debt funds.
