Legal vacancies

Commercial Real Estate

Associate/Senior Associate, Commercial Real Estate (ideally 4 – 6 PQE)

We would like to hire a Commercial Real Estate solicitor to join our top ranked Commercial Real Estate team on a permanent and fulltime basis. You must have relevant experience acting for institutions and developers. You will also have prior experience dealing with landlord and tenant and pre-lets and some experience of development work.


Construction

Associate/Senior Associate, Construction Litigation (ideally NQ – 7 years PQE)

We would like to hire two Construction Litigation solicitors to join our successful Construction team on a permanent and fulltime basis. You will ideally have NQ – 7 years PQE from another top tier real estate/construction law firm. Please note that this role will focus on contentious construction matters.


Dispute Resolution

Associate/Senior Associate, Dispute Resolution (ideally 2 – 6 years PQE)

We would like to hire a solicitor to join our renowned Dispute Resolution team on a permanent and fulltime basis. You will ideally have 2 - 6 years PQE from another top tier firm. This role will focus on general commercial litigation matters, so applicants must have the required experience.

Executive Assistant (EA), Dispute Resolution

We would like to hire an EA for our successful Dispute Resolution team on a permanent and fulltime basis. You must have experience looking after busy partners and inbox and diary management is essential. This role will be supporting the Head of. The role will therefore involve extensive diary, travel and BD organisational skills in addition to client support.


Private Wealth

Senior Associate, Rural Land (Private Client), ideally 6 – 10 years PQE)

We would like to hire a solicitor for our top ranked Rural Land/Agriculture & Estates team on a permanent and fulltime basis. You will ideally have 6 – 10 years PQE. You must have relevant experience in all aspects of rural property/agricultural estates ideally from another top tier private client firm (including those based outside of London).

EA – Permanent & Full time (1:2 Role)

We would like to recruit an EA on a permanent and full time basis. This role will sit in our award winning and Tier 1 ranked Private Client department and specifically within our Landed Estates/Rural Property team. This role will support 2 busy partners. The candidate MUST have experience of looking after a busy partner and experience of heavy diary/inbox management –someone who can juggle priorities and manage a busy diary/inbox constantly. Any experience in Landed Estates/Rural Property/general property would be ideal but not essential. As part of our agile working policy, the candidate will be required to attend our Baker Street offices a minimum of 3 days a week (flexibility required). Salary is competitive.

Associate, Private Client (ideally 2 – 4 years PQE)

We would like to hire a Probate solicitor for our award winning and top ranked Private Client team on a permanent and fulltime basis. You will ideally have 2 – 4 years PQE. You must have experience of probate matters and administering estates ideally from another top tier private client firm.


Property Litigation

Legal Secretary, Property Litigation

We would like to hire a Legal Secretary for our renowned Property Litigation team on a permanent and full-time basis. You must have experience of working in a Property Litigation team.


Support vacancies

Client Administrator

We would like to hire a Client Administrator on a permanent and full-time basis. You must have a background involving both billing and compliance.


BD & Marketing Co-ordinator (Real Estate)

We are looking to recruit a BD & Marketing Co-Ordinator to work with our specialist Real Estate groups: Residential Property, Rural Land & Business, Construction, Planning and Property Litigation. This is an exciting new role that would allow the role holder to work with teams spanning the commercial real estate, private wealth and disputes sectors. The BD & Marketing Co-Ordinator will be tasked with supporting the BD & Marketing Manager in raising the profile of teams, identifying and developing target clients, assisting on and developing multi-channel marketing campaigns, pitching to win and retain business. This role would provide a good next career step for an assistant with experience working for a professional services firm focused on real estate. The role holder will work closely with the BD & Marketing Manager and will be mentored by them and supported to develop their professional skillset. A minimum of two years’ experience of business development and marketing within a professional services firm is required. Excellent organisational, delegation and prioritisation skills with ability to manage time efficiently. Experience of using Vuture is desirable.


IT Quality Assurance Engineer, IT

We would like to hire an IT Quality Assurance Engineer on a permanent and fulltime basis. You must have experience in Legal Practice Management implementation (Elite 3E Cloud or similar) as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role. Exposure with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium or Katalon Studio required and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and test reporting tools needed. Experience of working in the legal sector is desirable.


Communications Manager

Forsters collaborative and friendly BD & Marketing team are looking to recruit an experienced Communications Manager. Working closely with the Director of BD&M, the Communications Manager will play a lead role on the firm’s internal and external communications strategy and execution. Included in this remit is raising and maintaining the firm’s profile and brand through effective media management, digital communication and other channels that support business development. This is a hands-on role, working closely with the BD&M team, firm’s leadership and providing strategic planning and editorial support to all parts of the business.
