Job Summary

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and engaged Events Coordinator to join our high-profile BD & Marketing team on a permanent and fulltime basis. The successful candidate will be provided with excellent management support and the chance to progress to Executive, the relevant training will be provided to facilitate this and further detail on career progression can be provided at the interview.

The salary on offer is £38,000 - £40,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to work in a firm that is well known for its strong and collaborative culture. This role will work closely with and report to our Events Manager, Angela Keating. Angela has been with the firm for over seven years and is a highly experienced events expert and people manager. She will provide the chosen candidate with a strong sense of autonomy whilst offering career development through supportive management and mentorship. Angela is well regarded by the partnership and is responsible for a significant portfolio of events, she is a senior member of the BD & Marketing team and well liked and respected by her peers.

We are specifically looking for the following:

  • This person will be supporting a significant events programme and working directly with partners and other stakeholders.
  • We need someone who has experience in Events and within professional services (legal sector experience is a nice to have but not essential)
  • Experience of using Vuture (or a similar e-marketing app) is important. We need someone who is proficient in using tech to support to events process
  • The candidate is expected to be office based for 3 days a week (4 days during the 1 month induction period), to work over time to support the events (all over time is paid and is paid at a market-leading rate). The BD & Marketing team hold their Anchor Day fortnightly on Tuesdays, which means office attendance is required on this day.
  • We are looking for someone who is confident, enjoys running and attending events, and importantly, someone who has bags of common sense!
