Lunch Club shortlisted for EG superhero award

Forsters have been listed as finalists in the EG awards Superhero award. This award is for teams going above and beyond during the pandemic and recognises Forsters Lunch Club's support of refugees during the lockdown.

The lunch club was started by Andrew Penny, Senior Associate who retired this year. The lunch club, which involves a regular hot meal cooked and prepared by staff in the local church couldn’t take place during lockdown but lunch club members continued to support their regulars providing them with meals and raising money for their accommodation. A particular mention goes to Horace Gooden, Laura Hattrell and Jack Beeston who continued to provide food at the weekend.

The EG Awards are taking place on the 29 October.
