What has led to the mini-boost in the market? Helen Marsh writes for PrimeResi

Despite the ongoing uncertainty, London has seen a flurry of high-value deals being done in recent months.

Helen Marsh, Residential Property partner, has written for Prime Resi discussing the recent mini-boom (or at least an upturn!) in the residential property market.

"Given that the painful uncertainty of the Brexit process is still very much ongoing, it seems a surprising time for this surge in activity. However, perhaps Brexit wasn’t such a significant cause of the hesitancy as we all thought." says Helen.

"London continues to be a very well-loved city. The draws of the culture, the history, the relative calm and safety, the food, the multi-cultural nature, the schools and – to the surprise of those of us natives who suffer through it – the weather, mean that London is still a place where people want to be."
