Hague on Leasehold Enfranchisement

On the evening of the 7 January Damian Greenish and Tony Radevsky of Falcon Chambers hosted a virtual book launch to celebrate the publication of 'Hague on Leasehold Enfranchisement seventh edition'. The session was moderated by Cecily Crampin of Falcon Chambers.

The webinar was well timed coinciding with the government releasing a statement on proposed leasehold enfranchisement reforms that very morning. This led to a lively debate with plenty of questions of how the reforms will impact landlords and tenants, cry or cheer - depending on whether you are a landlord or a tenant. There may be an eighth edition sooner than planned.
