Three acquisitions for clients of Dwyer Property Plc

Forsters has acted on behalf of clients of Dwyer Property Plc in relation to three recent acquisitions in the south-east of England for combined consideration of £24.55 million.

Office building, Exchange House has been acquired in Watford, which is let in its entirety to the Department for Communities and Local Government. The deal was conducted off-market in only 24 hours.

Multi-let prime retail and office premises have been acquired at 51/54 High Street, Chelmsford, where tenants include retail multiples Monsoon and Lush. A waste management facility has also been purchased at Crayford Creek in Dartford.
