Nick Jacob to present at the STEP Caribbean conference

Private Client Partner, Nick Jacob will be speaking at the STEP Caribbean conference which takes place from 12 to 15 May in the Bahamas.

Nick’s presentation entitled “Bringing It All To An End - Considerations Relevant to the Termination of Trusts” will discuss the methods which can be employed to terminate trusts which include; powers of revocation, overriding powers of appointment and powers to transfer trust assets to the trustees of other trusts.
