Senior Associate, Property LitigationLiberty is a Senior Associate in the Property Litigation team.
She has a breadth of experience dealing with both commercial and residential property matters including possession claims, forfeiture, leasehold enfranchisement, business lease renewals and service charge disputes; acting for both landlords and tenants. She also regularly deals with professional negligence claims against both valuer and solicitors relating to property and has extensive experience in this area.
Her work also includes other property issues such as boundary and neighbour disputes, Party Wall etc Act issues, nuisance claims including obtaining injunctive relief to protect various property rights.
Liberty qualified as a Solicitor in 2014 having trained at Dewar Hogan Solicitors. She joined Forsters from Pemberton Greenish LLP in June 2019.
