Jayne Woodland
Legal Assistant, Private ClientJayne is a Legal Assistant in the Private Client team, specialising in Landed Estates matters.
She is experienced in residential conveyancing, specialising in the sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold property within the rural property market.
She has extensive knowledge of dealing with property management matters, including Licence for Alterations and Licence to Assign. Jayne deals with re-financing of properties and has experience working with Banks and clients located in Asia.
Jayne has an additional qualification in First Registration of land and is currently in the process of finalising her Licenced Conveyancer Qualification. Prior to joining Forsters, Jayne worked for 12 years at BDB Pitmans.
