Forsters has advised Wrenbridge on the sale of Boxset

Forsters has advised Wrenbridge, on behalf of Fiera Real Estate Opportunity Fund IV (UK), on the sale of Boxset, Basildon to LGIM Real Assets (Legal & General), on behalf of its Managed Property Fund, for over £23 million.

The scheme encompasses two buildings, Boxset 64 and Boxset 75, totalling approx. 139,000 sq. ft. of warehouses space with ancillary office use.
