Forsters advise Wrenbridge on behalf of Fiera Real Estate on the sale of Hawkers Yard to Mileway

Forsters has advised Wrenbridge on behalf of Fiera Real Estate, on the sale of Hawkers Yard, Ruislip to Mileway for £14 million.

The 47,104 sq ft industrial scheme is situated in Ruislip, a prime west London location within close proximity to the A40. The scheme comprises seven high-specification units ranging from c.2,500 sq.ft to c.15,000 sq.ft.

Commercial Real Estate Partner and expert in industrial schemes Victoria Towers advised on the deal and was assisted by Senior Associate Danielle Kenyon, Planning Counsel Matthew Evans and Construction Senior Associate Daniel Burr. The purchase of the site in 2018 was supported by Senior Associate, Sarah Somerfield.
