Emma Spence
Senior Associate, ConstructionEmma is a Senior Associate in the Construction team, specialising in non-contentious construction law.
She advises a variety of clients in drafting and negotiating amendments to JCT forms of building contract as well as professional team appointments, collateral warranties and novation agreements. Emma also has experience in carrying out due diligence in relation to the sale and purchase of various types of real estate assets.
Emma has previously acted for a wide variety of clients in the construction sector including; developers, funders, purchasers and sellers.
She graduated with a Law degree from the University of Exeter in 2014. She completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP, before completing her training and qualifying at Herbert Smith Freehills in 2018. Emma joined Forsters in June 2022.
