Abigail Neal

Abigail assists with all aspect of family law, including divorce, financial issues associated with the breakdown of a relationship and disputes relating to children. She has experience with complex leave to remove matters and assisting with the preparation of nuptial agreements.

She studied English and History at the University of Leeds before commencing her studies in law, achieving a Distinction in MA Law at the University of Law. Abigail has recently gone on to successfully pass the first stage of the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE1).

Before joining Forsters LLP, Abigail worked as a Family Paralegal at Hodge Jones and Allen LLP for three years.
