Emma Gregory

Senior Associate, Property Litigation

Emma is a Senior Associate in the Property Litigation team.

She has experience in handling a broad range of contentious property matters, with a particular focus on residential property and enfranchisement matters. She has worked on a number of complex matters, including appeals to the Court of Appeal.

Whilst Emma is able to manage a case from pre-action to trial and beyond, she remains committed to resolving disputes in the most commercial way possible with a focus on achieving the best outcome for her clients.

Emma studied law at UCL before training at a boutique firm which specialised in property litigation. Upon qualification Emma worked as an Associate in the Property Litigation team at Edwin Coe LLP. Emma joined Forsters as a Senior Associate in April 2024.
