HR AdvisorBen is an HR Advisor, where his role is divided into two primary functions: managing recruitment for all Business Support teams and serving as an HR Generalist.
He oversees the end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels of seniority across the Business Support teams. This entails delivering the highest level of service to stakeholders in the organisation, spanning Finance, BD & Marketing, HR, and IT, to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent. Additionally, he offers diverse advice and support on employee-related matters throughout the organisation, in his function as an HR Generalist.
