Recruitment Manager

Rishi is the Recruitment Manager at Forsters and manages the hiring process of all professional staff. Recruitment is a key part of Forsters' HR function and he is ultimately responsible for attracting and sourcing the very best talent for the firm.

His remit has a particular focus on fee earner hires at all levels (from associate to partner) including paralegals (or equivalent). He also oversees and manages business services recruitment function at all levels of seniority.

Rishi is a former solicitor and has extensive legal hiring expertise and knowledge, having previously worked in the legal recruitment agency sector and inhouse recruitment function at a city law firm.
