Albert Bell
Associate, ConstructionAlbert is an Associate in the Construction team, specialising in non-contentious matters.
He advises purchasers, developers, funders and end users on building contracts, consultant appointments and associated documents such as guarantees, bonds and collateral warranties. He has additional experience providing advice in relation to engineering contracts and process plant, and assisting main contractors with their sub-contract terms and processes.
Albert started work in construction law in 2015, and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2020 by way of an apprenticeship programme. He moved to Shoosmiths shortly after qualification, and joined Forsters in 2024.
