Associate, Contentious Trusts and EstatesLucy is an Associate in the Contentious Trusts and Estates team.
Her experience spans a broad range of contentious matters across multiple jurisdictions. She acts for high net worth individuals, trustees, associations and – prior to specialising in contentious trusts and estates – was also instructed by listed companies, governments and international banks. Lucy has a particular interest in multi-jurisdictional fraud disputes.
Lucy joined Forsters in November 2023 from Stephenson Harwood LLP, where she qualified as a solicitor in March 2022.
