Olivia Carter
Associate, Private ClientOlivia is an Associate in the Private Client team.
She specialises in both domestic and international non-contentious Private Client work, advising trustees, families and individuals on a wide range of wealth and succession planning and taxation matters.
Olivia’s work includes the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, trust structuring and administration, and personal tax planning.
She read law at the University of Sheffield, before obtaining a distinction in the LPC LLM at the University of Law, Moorgate. Olivia trained at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP and qualified as a solicitor in September 2019. Olivia joined Forsters in January 2023.
Olivia is an Associate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
